It’s so bad

Food is so bad , music, all over service and the most annoying part the value of the property it’s way too much, also when they saying all inclusive it means all inclusive but we pay for coffee, water, tea even, I don’t recommended to anyone

A relaxing getaway

The pool, the food, and the beach. The room was great with a small garden. The hotel is really exceptional and relaxing.

The safety of the place

I didn’t like the way they treat the Arab people which is completely different from the Italian guests . Even there housing is different from the Egyptian or Arab people. They are organising party at night for them and places to visit but not for the Arab people.

The beach and the pool are perfect as well as the staff

The animation team was just for italians nothing to do with kids and its an hour far away from the centre to take the kids to make anything interesting Also the food wasnt nice only the pizza at the pool

Very nice, clean, and professional, we loved it there.

It meets the international standards, clean, organized.

Very expensive at the time we were there July 3 to July 6 $330 per night, It is more than Bahamas, and Hawaii.

The pool and the beach

Doesn’t meet the expectations and it’s not value for money Kitchen staff must be replaced specially the Italian one ... he is so slow , speaks only italian , non cooperative with his colleagues . Generally food experience was so bad and the items generally was hardly re-full filled .. all inclusive on certain items and some items are chargeable like coffee .. It gives higher price on booking rather than booking through the hotel Far-away from the city of matrouh for whom may want to visit .. animation team must be replaced .. Lights in rooms need more improvement. Mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable .. no wifi except in lobby ..

Clean, private beach and staff and so friendly and helpful.

Food in the first two days was untasty and improved after complaining Internet is either not available or poor and the strong signal only in the bar or Cafe however, their manager provide portable router in the last two days unpon complaining as complementary, thanks to Mr. Mohamed the Quality and operation manager. Also, expensive a little bit compared to other similars. Although the room was ready, I had to pay half day 120 USD to early check in.

Beach is amazing, good pools and fair facilities, polite staff, food is acceptable, the pizza on pool bar is excellent, and the Italian twist.

U cannot block daylight from the room when u sleep even with the curtains closed, also no wifi in rooms.
